Our team is made up of a diverse and talented group of individuals, each bringing their own unique background, experience, and perspective. We are proud to have built a workforce that reflects a wide range of backgrounds, cultures, and identities, that strengthens us as a company and enriches our work. From our Office departments — spanning Management, Project Management, Co-Ordination, Finance, and Digital — to our dedicated Crew departments including Operations, Technician, Technical, Warehouse, and D-Prep, every member of the BPM SFX team plays a vital role in delivering the standard of work we are known for.
Beyond our core team, we are fortunate to work alongside a wide network of skilled Freelance Technicians throughout the year, taking our staff load to over 100 a year, many of whom have become trusted and valued contributors to our projects. This flexible approach allows us to scale effectively and ensure that every job, regardless of its size or complexity, is supported by the right people with the right expertise. As BPM SFX continues to grow, so too does our workforce. We are continually bringing new talent into the fold, expanding our teams across departments and investing in the people who will carry the company forward.

At BPM SFX, we understand that world-class results require world-class facilities, and that is precisely what we have invested in. We currently operate across three dedicated bases, each playing a key role in how we deliver our services to clients near and far. Our Oak Mill headquarters serves as the heart of our operations, while our Midlands warehouse provides the space and infrastructure to support our growing inventory and logistics needs. Further afield, our Las Vegas office positions us firmly within one of the world's most prominent entertainment hubs, allowing us to serve our clients in different time zones.
Together, our three bases form a network that enables BPM SFX to operate on a truly global scale. No matter where a project takes us, we are equipped and ready to deliver. Each of our facilities is maintained to the highest standards, ensuring that the equipment, expertise, and care we bring to every job is never compromised. It is this commitment to maintaining exceptional facilities that allows us to consistently achieve the outstanding results our clients expect, wherever in the world we may be working. As we continue to grow, we are actively looking to expand our facilities further to meet the increasing demands of our work.

20+ YEARS OF FLAWLESS OPERATION AND COUNTING
With over 20 years of experience in the industry, BPM SFX has built a reputation rooted in longevity, adaptability, and a relentless drive to move forward. Over the course of two decades, we have grown and evolved alongside an ever-changing industry, consistently embracing new technologies, expanding our capabilities, and raising the bar. Our journey has not been without its challenges, but it is that experience — hard-earned over many years — that has shaped us into the company we are today. Through every shift in the industry landscape, we have remained committed to delivering the same high standards our clients have come to expect from us.
Our story began with a passion and a determination to make a mark in the world of special effects. From those early beginnings, the company grew steadily, eventually taking on the name BPM SFX as we cemented our identity within the industry. Key milestones along the way have included the acquisition of AC Lasers, a move that significantly broadened our expertise and the range of services. More recently, our expansion with funding from Alica Bank marked an exciting new chapter in the BPM SFX story. Each of these moments, and many more, represents not just growth, but a continued commitment to pushing the boundaries of what BPM SFX can achieve.

Over the years, BPM SFX has established itself as one of the most decorated companies in our industry, and nowhere is that more evident than at the prestigious TPi Awards. We are proud to have taken home the TPi Award for “Favourite SFX Company of the Year” on six separate occasions — more than any other company in the award's history. Of those six wins, five came consecutively, a remarkable run that speaks volumes about the consistency, dedication, and quality that defines everything we do at BPM SFX. Our team members have been honoured with some of the most respected individual awards in the industry, including “SFX Operator of the Year” and “Laser Operator of the Year” at the TPi Awards. We have also seen emerging talent within our team recognised on a wider stage, taking home the “SFX Newcomer of the Year” award at the Production Futures Breakthrough Talent Awards.
